I’m Gabriel, the pizzaiolo behind Leonel’s Pizza. What started as a love for pizza grew into years of learning, refining the craft and eventually creating an experience I could share with families and celebrations across Central Texas.

Pizza is the food. Hospitality is the experience.

The Craft

A Passion That Became a Practice.

My pizza journey began in 2017. From there, I kept learning — studying dough, fermentation, ingredients and the techniques that make a simple pizza memorable.

Over time, that curiosity took me beyond home kitchens and backyard ovens into more serious training, including studying with pizzaiolos internationally and completing professional pizza training in Milan, Italy.

Today, every Leonel’s event carries that same attention to detail: long-fermented dough, thoughtful ingredients and pizzas prepared with care from the first stretch to the final slice.

Why Leonel's

Built for Celebrations.

Leonel’s Pizza was never meant to feel like ordinary delivery. The idea is to bring the pizzeria to the event — ovens hot, pizzas moving, guests trying different flavors and the whole experience becoming part of the celebration.

That could mean a backyard birthday, a wedding, a graduation, a corporate gathering or a family event. The setting changes, but the goal stays the same: great pizza, relaxed hospitality and a table that keeps bringing people together.
